Great learning, tough place

Great learning to how to survive in an organization that changes strategy every 6 months. Very fast-paced for its size. Decisions taken very quickly, but has an impact on employees being asked to change roles very often

Bad and toxic work culture

Very bad work culture. Management both in India and Europe region are abusive.You have to follow holidays as per your stakeholders like if you support Germany, you will have to follow their holidays.No job security.Food is expensive.9:30 hour working mandatory.You have to work on Citrix systems which is very slow which leads to longer working hours.

Managers are clueless and there is no work life balance. Nobody cares about employees and manager and leadership are like dictators. Employees are put on Performance improvement plans or fired randomly.
