Good for production and for fun

Good work place but growth opportunity is not there and overall good not bad. Good refreshment for freshers .safety measures are also there.There are no cabs for late night shifts.

Company is very good, very good autmosper but management and managers are inexperienced and not that much knowledgable. and due inefficient managers and assistant managers, we are daily stretching for more than 2 hours extras than normal working hours so that, i am looking for job.

As a work place it is good but there is no scope of next level. And for fun ,it' really worth it.I had learned so many things as like how to handle customer's query and provide real time solutions. Also how to take follow up and provide details on mail chain. Also on management level and in employee engagement policy company is not well organised.Co-workers are supportive and as a team they are fantastic.Hardest part is that we cannot try for next level. Weekend parties in which all team members are present for enjoyment.
