One of the best company in transportation. They care for there employees. They do time too time blood check up. Ani technologies organised many cultural programs. They celebrate every festival. Great experience work with any technologies pvt ltd.

Work was very nice first 2 years i got so much opportunities and as I was experienced in my previous companies it helped me a lot,, so that what ever the task given by manager gave me I did my 100% and they believed in me that I can handle any task so that they use to give tasks new tasks every time and I was very happy to handle that and it improved my knowledge still more and I need thank my managers for giving such an opportunity and after 2 years process got splited and I used to work with new team and tasks and it was also fun to work there because handling new issues daily and solving and finding some ideas for new issues on spot....etc And best part is that team was good having fun daily and a main best part is that managers believing in my work and I got good appraisal...... Worst part is that if process is shut down or if they want good performing employees to work in their requirements they will give some reason and they give opportunity work in other process to support as senior but it happens at least once or twice in a year which is disgusting because if we set our platform in one process and we can't keep on moving to other process and can't suddenly adjust to the team which is disgusting and we won't get job profile as senior executive also which is disgusting... But a very good thing is that until I worked I haven't heard a issue of salary, salary process is good and getting on time some time before time but I haven't faced any salary issue till I worked..
