Great exposure for anyone who wants to work with Young Adults and help them advance in their careers. The program is strongly structured. The leadership is full of humble and smart folks who one can learn a lot from if they spend time with them, and there is opportunity to do so. The hourly rate back in my day was a bit of a pain point, that could have changed now.

Unhealthy workplace

It's a small team however very unhealthy work environment. Many people got anxiety attacks within few months of joining the organization. The work is repetitive and doesn't offer much growth options. There is no difference between the work that a manager is expected to do and that of an associate. The teams are highly understaffed. Claims to be a flat organisation but has a very rigid top-down approach. Attrition is quiet high mainly due to the unhealthy work environment and micro-management. No medical or any employee benefits apart from PF.

Yearly increment is better as compared to typical corporate structures

Operation team should have to be improve . Worst experience with the team they never responde call/msg for 2 3 days even more . Even if you are in a emergency case they will not . This thing I hate the most about operation team .Training and Finance team are superb they will never make u disappointed

Antarang is really a nice organisation to work with. It works for the upliftment of students from low income group, We as a facilitator visit schools and conduct Career Awareness program for the students.

Great place with people who want to ignite social change. All focus on students and how to make those from underprivileged background more independent and focused towards their career.
