It was easy to manage personal life while working here. It was easy to apply for offs. It works for the welfare of the society and for the future of students. The negative thing is that being a subordinate you will be given lots of work and seniors will enjoy their day.

Horrible Workplace

If you want your brain to be a pressure cooker only then this place is for you. Management is horrible.. All the work is to be done by the field level staffs and still they are underpaid. `Management does nothing, but still draw high salary. Do not get mislead by their numbers, all those numbers are false and vague. 99% of their students dont take the job they provide because either the job is fraudulent or the salary is not good, If you think one can work for 7-8K per month staying away from home then you are either stupid or out of your mind. overall, It is like a makal fruit, attractive looking from outside but decayed from inside.
