When the classes start its all about fun and very satisfying feed backs from students. I share what i have learnt. the performance of the management is a tad laid back and unprofessional. am happy to have co-operative co-workers. the hardest part is to keep up the energy level throughout the sessions after travelling a lot. the most enjoyable part is interacting with students.

don't trust any ngo, npo

Worst working place with ugly management, They only care for their student admission goal, every teacher is pressurize to enroll a certain student. their infrastructure don't match with required courses. Plus their NSDC certificate was min to no value at all ( you can google it "how to get nsdc licence") because anyone i mean anyone can get that NSDC licence. Their are very very ugly politics on going. I WILL RECOMMENDED TO NOT WORK ANY NGO OR NPO AND NOT DO ANY CERTIFICATION COURSE UNDER NSDC.

don't trust any ngo, npo

Ugly politics, low salary, goal achievement pressure

You will find your co workers and managers really helpful. Very good work culture. Top marks for employee management. HR department is the best you have ever seen.

Not a stable place to work ,because only of whimsical management,no recognization or award reward. U stuggle hard but credit goes to people who are close to management.
