Good Workplace

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
There are lot of things can be improved. The full coordination in management must be there. Communication gap should not be there. See about employee security.

Horrible Workplace

If you want your brain to be a pressure cooker only then this place is for you. Management is horrible.. All the work is to be done by the field level staffs and still they are underpaid. `Management does nothing, but still draw high salary. Do not get mislead by their numbers, all those numbers are false and vague. 99% of their students dont take the job they provide because either the job is fraudulent or the salary is not good, If you think one can work for 7-8K per month staying away from home then you are either stupid or out of your mind. overall, It is like a makal fruit, attractive looking from outside but decayed from inside.

Sensless and shameless organization

The Management is Worst from The Interview till Date Every Situation is worst Teachers are Made to do the Work of Peon; The Management is Free Full Day Watching TV Shows and On Facebook Give Admissions to Underage Students and Not Refunding Their Money. The Motive is to Earn Money and Nothing Else & on Name of NGO Looting Poor People is Main Motive. Please Do Your Work as Salary Will Not Be Paid to You Ever.

No structural process.Gaps in executing A-Z process.

Communication gap between the local management and head office management. High level executions on paper but at practice no support. They dont take inputs from ground level team. Overall Good Organization but worst middle level management.

for your life

Never join this organization as a trainer. bcoz during joining they will give fake promise to you . after joining they will presser you to do work as a marketing executive.they give you a target .and any how you have to fill this with students. if you not able to fill ..they will disturb you mentally. if you want to save your life never join this organization as a trainer.

Pros

nothing

Cons

don't trust any ngo, npo

Worst working place with ugly management, They only care for their student admission goal, every teacher is pressurize to enroll a certain student. their infrastructure don't match with required courses. Plus their NSDC certificate was min to no value at all ( you can google it "how to get nsdc licence") because anyone i mean anyone can get that NSDC licence. Their are very very ugly politics on going. I WILL RECOMMENDED TO NOT WORK ANY NGO OR NPO AND NOT DO ANY CERTIFICATION COURSE UNDER NSDC.

Pros

don't trust any ngo, npo

Cons

Ugly politics, low salary, goal achievement pressure

Not a stable place to work ,because only of whimsical management,no recognization or award reward. U stuggle hard but credit goes to people who are close to management.

fun and interactive sessions

When the classes start its all about fun and very satisfying feed backs from students. I share what i have learnt. the performance of the management is a tad laid back and unprofessional. am happy to have co-operative co-workers. the hardest part is to keep up the energy level throughout the sessions after travelling a lot. the most enjoyable part is interacting with students.

Good Work Culture.

Five day working i.e. Monday to Friday. learned several things like how to work in remote area, convince people, convince government official regarding the development of rural people, communicate with several NGO to promote the program, communicate with management team and try to develop the business. work in a team and coordinate with the team mates to run the program successfully.
