Good environment

Nice work environment.. And people are good. However you have to be good in eyes of manager. Otherwise you will not grow whatever you might do. Technical department see good growth.

Good company culture

Helpful colleges, supportive management, work life balance, good benefits. Have learned a lot here with constant growth opportunities. Nothing negative. Promotion might be a bit tough as people don't leave the organization.

- nice work culture- strong leadership and management- flexi work options for staff- provides different facilities like free transport .. AC cabs, insurance at good premium rates

Good work life balance

Pay in ANZ SSI is low but no or minimum work pressure. Also good work life balance. Free transport. But wfh hybrid model in few teams is hectic as management decides that days at office just a week before and keeps on changing the days for every month

Amazing work culture with good work life balance and good opportunities. Amazing leave policies and good cultural and sports forum. Overall a good workplace for someone to shape or start there career in banking and financial sector

Work pressure is high , barely achieve work life balance. assessor has too many jobs to do & with 100% quality. more suitable for bachelors who can give more time for work.

Great workplace

Enjoyed the tenure at ANZ.. A true corporate work culture... Excellent managers and flexible work timings.. only thing is that the work culture is fast paced and along with this accuracy is also important which makes the work difficult or challenging at times.

very professional and good for people who want to work for long time

Interview was straight forward and was quite simple the campus is huge and all the employees were helpful and friendly working hours are from 5 am to 1 pm

workplace culture Don't expect hikes or any other benifits

Management is worse managers in my department never worked and never encouraged talent, they just want someone who can't find a job anywhere else, so they could exploit them.

Plethora of Learning Opportunities

Good Place to Work as per Policies. On weekends if you work gets paid on high volume period. Sodexo of 1000 rupees per month. No Onsite opportunities.
