Productive

What is the best part of working at the company?I'm working last 2 years and 6 months at NICU dept ,apollo bbsr,but didn't get increment. I really so disappointed. Other wise my unit of nursing very excellent to the nursing performance. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Did not get increment from last 2yrs 6months or promotion as I'm 10 years experience in nursing.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?As come any difficult, but team bond, team work is very strong to achive the goal, n create a very satisfactory feelings after end of the shift.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Many days....like... more admissions are came where man power is very less according to situation . As I'm working in icu n I never leave the situation as it how terrible at that time but the team work, the cooperative coworkers definitely never leave you as defense.

Cooperative working environment

Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of experience learning. Patient ratio is not managed well so stress of work is seen in the environment. Management is poor.

i really enjoyed my work i am always thankful for my manager executive and all the assistant staff to help me always. i am working as a pharmasist and after one year i got promoted to as a supervisor. i love my three year experience in apollo pharmacy

Productive and competitive

It's really good place to work.All staff in the department was cooperative. Many times there was discussion regarding the work and to improve the quality of work needed to deliver the treatment of patients.

Good placing for relaxation

No scrutiny of your jobs , relax , nice doctors room .But management is just money minded , the quality of care is not given to patient , so at end the junior resident doctors have to face heat from patients relatives for bad policies of Apollo Kolkata local management.

It's very gud experience at apollo

At apollo hospital they have new culture and we can learn new skills at apollo and staff will have celebrations of birthdays and special days celebrations fun games and training programs also conducted by apollo that will very helpful for staff
