Blunder company but pay on time if you work 12 month you get pay only 10 month rest cutting salary shortage and handover shortage daily . No leave in any festival like Holi , Diwali ,

They don't provide leave for trainee on sick days. They won't pay overtime salary for employees. I got depressed when i got low salary than what they said at the time of interview. Moreover they compelled me to work on night shifts on 24/7 pharmacies.

Rude behaviour from executive and manager

Political issue have much more between pharmacist, and executive,manager. The manager and executive always support to a non-pharmacist. They are tried to breaking the bond between the all staff and threat to transfer in other area. The executive and managers didn't have any experience that how to talk with a staff ,always rude behaviour is present there.
