What is the best part of working at the company?Good atmosphere for working, as well as good communication with executives and workers and also good amenities such as food,..What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working at hot conditions during summer.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good way, can directley communicate and solve issuesWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Starting with the punching, note down the defects that happend on previous shifts on boards, as a communication with inspectors and taking tyre weight samples and report defects to superior and entry on software for further calaculation. Inspect the tyres at warehouse and ensue if it is okey. Having food at intervals on time. Finally calculate the tyre defects and note down on the log books.

Aging organization

They don't plan succession, rather keep extending old guys retirement tenure. Policy are favoured for leadership roles. Employees turnover is very high junior to middle level as they don't pay them adequately.
