What is the best part of working at the company?One of the worst company. It is not at all worth of trying. They exploit and manipulate a lot. Worst platform award goes to FFTE. Draft quality is less than 50%What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything is stressful and waste of time and energy What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very very worst. Very bad experience, you don't have a job security. The management doesn't know what they want. Changing there policies everytime, no stability.

Respectful peers and nice work place. HR is good. Compensation and facilities are good. Work is very easy and can manage personal life as well. Cab provided and Hybrid shifts.

True, once upon a time it was a great company (in the beginning and few years before becoming Aquity and new VP), soon after slowly it started to ruin life of employees, especially seniors, salary wise as well as work wise, take double work and pay not even half, all insane policies, partiality, very rude behaviour of TL and Vice President, do or die policy, if you are sincere and good that's curse in Aquity coz you have to undergo all torcher, traumas. Only assigning all bad accounts with very bad audio quality and bouncing mails not to leave blanks, means to put some blunder and send, then end up with error and no salary, that's the idea to get work done and also not pay correct salary, like this plenty now in Aquity, day by day all quitting unable to bear their torcher, please don't encourage anyone to join this company, instead do something else and survive, here culture and work is worse than garment factories.

This is the loot place, loot the employee. Lots of trouble maker. They do not pay properly. Salary going down and down day by day. I got salary of 17-18 even after having worked 10 plus years there. No respect at all.
