What is the best part of working at the company?One of the worst company. It is not at all worth of trying. They exploit and manipulate a lot. Worst platform award goes to FFTE. Draft quality is less than 50%What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything is stressful and waste of time and energy What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very very worst. Excellent. Good work environment, salary in time, helpful staff, enjoyed doing work there all the time...no stress. I worked for eight years and it is a like a family to me.

A place you have to prepared to work like an educated slave. People are underpaid here for the years of experience they hold and quality expected to deliver by them. Managerial levels are not transparent. No personal satisfaction and no financial satisfaction. Overall a total no if you are thinking of joining them. They give you targets where you have to spend more than 12 hours to achieve it, they force you to work on weekends. Dont expect a work like balance here because your life is literally not your own but governed by them when you work here.

Good office set up to work, flexible timings, but earning potential is not great. managers are not always cooperative, very limited chance for any sort of amendments.

No salary hike. It just goes down some way or other, not up. Their new policies are to depress you with salary deduction and others. Never ever join this field, not just this company.

Pros

You can opt for work-from-home after some experience, Canteen perks, Performance-based job, work more to get more.

Cons

Cons part is huge, so I will just mention worst things - Target system / Accuracy - Achieve it or go home empty pocket, Threat to terminate you is very common which means no job security.
