Productive work place
I had my Pediatric Ophthalmology training there. Enjoyed managing OPD, OR . I improvised my SICS skill and gained lot of confidence. Aravind Eye Hospital has the best work culture.It is a non-profitable, self-sustained institution. Apart from academic, I learnt so much about management.
