I had my Pediatric Ophthalmology training there. Enjoyed managing OPD, OR . I improvised my SICS skill and gained lot of confidence. Aravind Eye Hospital has the best work culture.It is a non-profitable, self-sustained institution. Apart from academic, I learnt so much about management. The hostel stay was so comfortable.

Great learning experience

overall quality of service has declined so much because operations employees are forced to sell. This is encouraging dis-service to customer sometimes as employees are focused on meeting their target numbers and not on overall quality of their work.

I started with challenging and guide all patients with compassionate REFRACTION , CONTACT LENS TEACHING, KERATOMETER AND A-SCANS are my daily work.Apart from i worked at in -patient department also.individually to handle the emergency patients, give the injections via IM&IV.I Learned manythings complicated eyes and worked at operation theatre also.refraction and in-patient departments are liking. and i know dispensing optics also
