My overall experience with ARC Document solution was extremely disappointing .

What is the best part of working at the company?There is nothing which you can say best in this company.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The stressful part is dealing with project manager with whom you have to disccuss upcoming task because those people themself non-technical ans ask you to do thing acording to them only not with the coding standard.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?If you talk work environment there is no value of your ideas. you have to be work like pupet under the some boss ke chatu people.What is a typical day like for you at the company?All the days are typical here because there is no job security upper mangment can fire you whenever they want without any prior intimation and after that you will be treated like a theif there. you can not stay even a minute after that.

initially it gives right culture and have thought to give ample opportunity to everyone example it gives you earning and learning together as well as helping others with in terms of rising star , serve our world etc. We learn about taking care of people. like transportations, cafeteria food, team gettogether, internal transfer, on job trainings etc.

Horrible company, Kolkata director is third class, he likes to get oil in back.

1. Join only if you are good at oiling 2. You will be fired if you are bad at oiling the third graded director, I dont from where he get chosen. 3. Third graded CTO who thinks himself as Salman khan, comes into the office with some body guards(haha) to give big big talk and at the end of the circle he will fire you in case you are not good at oiling 4. Third graded management, one open university graduate third graded UI developer has been choosen as manager now you think how bad the organization is. 5. Nothing good

CO workers weren’t there to work. I got hit on regularly being one of 3 women working at this location. No one did any work. We had a meeting where they literally told me doing everyone else’s job while they play video games was my job. My supervisor never came to work or bothered to assist with anything. ARC pays decent but it’s not worth my happiness or sanity. Lazy people felt it when I left tho.

Pathetic company to work at

One of the worse companies to work with, the roof starts to leak during rainy seasons and no one from the management cares and in fact, expects the employees to work there. The data of the clients are not stored in a secure way, anyone with some basic coding knowledge can access it. Development is done way haphazard manner, you will be given with a task and then assigned another one in the middle of it.

Cons: Incompetent management. Variable pays and increments are never given on time (sometimes delayed by 10 months) Worst planning by management when it comes to development of product. No place for innovation. Pros: Good employees.

The best workplace as a multinational company in which you will develop your communication skill and interact with people from different backgrounds. Depending on the area you work in the conditions and environment vary drastically. Some areas will willingly pay you what you're worth, provide training and support and the management are great! Unfortunately, some other areas spend as little as possible on staff and morale and management appears to be out of touch with their direct reports, focusing on revenue and their bonuses over anything else and disregard staff being burnt out
