Learning new things, good work culture, friendly atmosphere

office hours is 9.00-5.30pm. office culture is very professional as well as friendly. Scientists are very helpful. I have worked on new topics such as root sampling, mychorrizae etc. some of the managements are poor. some costly machines are not working and some of the labs are disorganized. the hardest part of the job is working in the lab without anyone's help. there should be some helping hand. colleagues are very friendly making the work culture healthy and enjoyable.

Research in the field of Wood Science

As JRF I am enjoying every part of my work because I am forester as well as Wood technologist,In India raw wooden material is bottle neck for the Wood industries and household,so through some genetically best tree we can meet the demand. I love field tour and responsible and societal beneficial work. I would like to this job fore ever.

Cons
career is not secure because this post is temporary and time bounded till project completion.
