Partial Discriminative and Low pay

The company has a partial approach towards senior employee, the senior member don't work in shift. The senior member only work for 5 days a week. The pay can be negotiated below your last drawn salary of they feel you are in need of a job, in circumstancial scenario. One of worst HR policies that are brought into effect without notice. They'll make you join on short notice, but will not relieve you without completing 90 days notice. No outing, no training. They drag appraisal and provide first appraisal after 1.5 years TOA new joinee.

Awesome Place to Work

 Leading and directing the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.  Responsible for the overall Operations of the Offshore centre with 200+ member team.  Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.  Interviews management- and executive-level candidates serve as an interviewer for all position finalists. Chairs all level employee selection committees & meetings.  Responsible for senior-level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization.  Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.  Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.  Provide advice on and administer maternity and paternity leave cases. Responsible for resource planning for maternity re-joiners.  The target-based workflow in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.  Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implements a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget.  Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.  Ensure all staff receive appraisals -

Armia Systems is a US based company that deals with the web development and hosting support all over the world.

I have worked in Armia systems nearly for one and a half years and I had very good experience there, handling a Singapore based client in Online Technical Support, Server Management and chat support. The company has got a very good working environment and had good opportunities to familiarize between new technologies and updates. The classes and seminars encouraged the employees to get updated and learn more. The tasks assigned to the employees were good and challenging that helped them to accelerate on their career goals.

Opportunity to study

Fun Workplace with comparatively less exposure

Very fun workplace with comparatively low stress and work pressure. As a fresher the important demerit of the company was less workload and less exposure to new technologies.

Workplace with good and productive atmosphere
