Arohan is a typical story of an organization which has tried to wear boots which are too big for their own feet. There is a lot of ideas and vision but there is no direction in the way things are implemented, it feels like a government organization since there is a lot of red-tapism & factions within the organization.

Good Working Environment

Working environment is good. Various activities are planned along with work on various occassions. 2nd & 4th saturdays are holiday. Head Office is at Kolkata. Different types of departments are there. Salary happen on time at the end of every month.
