DRI are not taken care
every activities are interlinked to the several departments , that's normal but then individual responsibility are not taken care of even if first step is not initiated 2 step person is also held responsible for the same even though the 2nd step is of different department.Field job are tough and do not have much work life balancesalary are timely given

Worse place to work. There is no fair commitment for employees for their working time and proper week off. Company harassed employees mentally and physically. Company's seniors work on personal ethics. I will strongly aware those who wants to work here. Please never think to work here.

If Candidates having good attitude, good communication skill, all having better confidence and strength then no one stopping him to achieve target as well as companies growth with personal growth.. If company provides employees satisfaction level packages/salary then employees get enough strength to build up his individual career through his performance..incentives also factor.
