Homely feelings with good working environment.

I have been working at Arrow Electronics on contract basis (Less than a year). Homely feelings with good working environment. lot of scope to learn new things

Pros

Work Life Balance is just perfect, Huge workload but not strict deadline oriented.

Cons

Physical Security must be improved.
