Worst company to work. If you are happy in your life and want tension then pls join Arvind. Job security is not there. Manager and management both are worst there. Seniors are busy in politics. Management busy in their own life. Finance is worst there.

Plan the work n distribute before time not at end movement.

It was a great experience and yes, it was stressful because to complete a task it was just 4 hours n it had a lot of work. End product and the experiment with different wash was the surprise elements because we never know how it will be at the end. The vision to create a design and fall the treat at the same time was mixed to create something new. Overall it was a great experience and great learning.
