What is the best part of working at the company?ASG EYE HOSPITAL IS ONLY FOR INCOME THINGS..NOT PATIENT CARE AND HELPINGS THINGS ABOUT PATIENT..What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nobody can't understand about our hard work What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Nothing to say because all HOD s are heartless What is a typical day like for you at the company?I don't konw what I say about ASG

What is the best part of working at the company?No needed for grooming. Means clear shave not mandatory.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Company policy. All decisions depend on Centre Head. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Normally good environment and no any specific cultural What is a typical day like for you at the company?Independent day and republic day that's 2 days are typically celebrated in asg as well

Good place for freshers.

Work culture is somehow good,staff is cooperative and trained anybody can handle any work easily if the main person is not available any one among staff can do his/her work even non professionals include sweeping class can do Diltation,AR, OCT, Topography etc. favouritism is at peak, rest employee can seek everything easily once get job.being an optometrist one can't go beyond his ophthalmologists knowledge. What is rt before him is once for all rt.Despite u might have done m.opt ,or d opt or have vast experience they will accept what they need.Only thing which pinches me always& Compel me to switch.Rest nice place for fun work.

Worst experience, daily Pooja you have to perform at centre,very bad top management.Don't apply job here and don't worry for such companies where no work life balance is there and management is such bad.
