Good place for freshers.

Work culture is somehow good,staff is cooperative and trained anybody can handle any work easily if the main person is not available any one among staff can do his/her work even non professionals include sweeping class can do Diltation,AR, OCT, Topography etc. favouritism is at peak, rest employee can seek everything easily once get job.being an optometrist one can't go beyond his ophthalmologists knowledge. What is rt before him is once for all rt.Despite u might have done m.opt ,or d opt or have vast experience they will accept what they need.Only thing which pinches me always& Compel me to switch.Rest nice place for fun work.

Specially HR department not coprative and they deduct your salary without informing you and no diffrence between the dress of opd executive and optometrist overall very bad
