Productive and large exposure

Great firm with many branches pan India Have a very large client base and varied assignments.The employees are given an opportunity to work in all kinds of segments.Salary and promotions are based on your performance.Seniors and partners conoperate and teach whenever required.Overall a very good experience.Fortunate that I chose this firm.

They have a employee friendly polices. Good work atmosphere. Good learning process from the Partners and senior directors of the Firm. The Firm is having great client base on PAN India basis.

No fun, no learning,no growth,, no good pay scale, rude and rigid behaviour

Firm is not at all good to join. If you join then you will be spoiling your career and growth. But if you really want to work on government assignment then the firm is great as they are having too much government assignment. You will be given clarical work only. Pay scale is based on your degree rather than knowledge. They will not teach you anything and gives only clarical jobs to do. They don't care of career and future of their employees. They are concerned only with getting their job done from you anyhow. Job involves too much outstation audits because of government assignment. It is more better you wait and join elsewhere. Management policy is employer friendly rather than Employee friendly including lunch hours, office timings and salary.

Job work timing, no public holiday, salary is received on or after 10th of next month, behaviour is rigid and bad, no growth, salary is based on degree rather than knowledge, limited lunch hours, strict timings, restrictions on using mobile and attanding calls

The Firm is having great exposure. All the seniors of the Firm are having very good attitude and helpful in nature. The Firm is having Internal, Statutory, Special Audit, Direct & Indirect Tax.
