As a management trainee got to know basics

As a Management trainee in this company got a chance to learn so many things but it was all without any road map. Whatever knowledge you get just grasp, they run on old technology and are 10 years behind with other hotel company.

• Trial cooking
• Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers
• Keeping station sanitary and clean.
• Learning to prepare every dish on the menu.
• Prepares on daily basic food requesting.
• Reports any equipment the section which needs repair or maintenance.
• Produce pastry according quality standards
• Constant quality assurance according to standards
• Maintain hygiene, quality and safety requirements as per HACCP.
