No work life balance
Territory Sales Executive (Current Employee) - Agra, Uttar Pradesh - August 20, 2023
Very poor management.Work life balance is zero even on holidays you have to work. Learning is also not that good. Very poor office time management from morning -10 till 12 in midnight and this is for 20 days in a month. Attrition rate of company is on higher side.

Nothing, salary is ok but not according to the efforts putten by employee

If the only thing you want in your life is money and nothing else, feel free to join there. Be prepared to work from 9am to 12-1am for 10-15 days a month and the rest of the days from 9am to at least 8-9pm.

Working as TSO is a hectic job and my personal life is not so conducive Number of tasks assigned to TSO is unimaginable, rest all good it was the best Organisation I ever worked for.
