Management is very supportive. Was a good experience working at this school. Would recommend to young parents as the school is new with up to date facilities, great infrastructure and good teacher-student ratio, Modern classrooms with all facilities.

Please be careful with the management. They were focused on money than students and faculties. Don't expect anything from the management side . They won't pay your salary at proper time .

Worst Experience ever

I would like to give a negative star.. but not possible. the worst place to work as a teacher leave alone as a student. they don't pay you..leave aside payment on time.. the whole organisation seems like some inexperienced person running a show. total fraud place playing around politics and bad gaming with people around. would definitely suggest to have a background check of this place before taking any step

busy working environment

This was a learning experience as this was not a job I had ever done before. I entered a completely new environment and met new and interesting people. Initially, I couldn’t keep up the pace as a fresher... Had a nice time in a friendly work environment. Got fully paid training and development opportunity. Due to my personal and health reasons was also offered flexible working hours which is a godsend for me. Most places don’t do that... The job is very demanding as it has just opened.

Best experience till date

it has been a truly rewarding experience working here. worked here for a year. the CEO and admin has really guided me in furthering my career, currently i work in a top corporate. It was inspirational to work with a director who is an visionary. The school provides exceptional education and ECA for students. There's a good team there, being a start up it definitely has its positives and negatives but the management tries to fix the issues really quick. I was paid really well and on time. The management should take exceptional care to not enlist teachers and staff who are not professional, damages the working environment and who comes to the school with the false idea that working in a school is the easiest job. School is not a place for bore housewives of naval officers and businessmen, trying to make quick money without real effort.

Productive and encouraging work place

A place of young vibes. Absolutely a great place to learn and grow. Management is strict and encourages the use of modern amenities in school. At par with any new school in the city. Teammates are really collaborative and good to work with. Admissions to the school is increasing day by day. Excellent place for a teacher to set her career.

Worst experience till date

Teacher (Former Employee) - Ernakulam, Kerala - December 4, 2019

Worked for this school for almost 6 months but was paid only thrice. In this short duration, at least 10 staffs has left. The only reason is the management or the ‘CEO’ of the school. The CEO has no ethics or values to start with, is very rude and incompetent to run an institution. Not only the teachers left but the students too. There are hardly any teachers for higher secondary students. They sit idle the whole day. Worst experience anyone can ever have. Do not join this institution. False promises and all lies!
