Courtesy - ZERO If you are assigned a task, the CEO/MD will keep calling and irritating you till you get it done Company Motto - Customer always comes first, customer is king, all sorts of things praising the customer, But, frankly, they dont care one bit about the customer once they receive a booking cheque. Post sales, literally doesnt exist. Customer is never cared for. EVER. And worst part, the BDEs have to face a lot because of ZERO co-ordination between builder and owner. No holiday policy, you will not be informed regarding holidays, absolutely bad management you can say.
