Really enjoyed being a part of Aster both work wise and personally. Flexible duty times, supportive co workers and wise superiors. No issues with patients as all reports were on time and accurate.

Pros

No salary delay. Place for professional betterment.

Cons

Yearly salary hike is low even if we work hard and sincerely. .

They are giving training to the staffs and mold them in the appropriate way. I just love the working experience and atmosphere. I'm satisfied with this Healthcare industry😊
