Good Culture.HR has empathy.employee improvement program which is $1000 per year and free food / Drinks daily is awesome. My job scope is limited which is the problem.

A nice place to start your career. Has a client that is a world leader in Internet . Gives you exposure to work in a world class company. Work culture is good. Management can improve a great deal. Hardly any chances to grow after 1 year of your stay . There is hardly any career path. If you are a Team Lead or a Manager, Life is still good. However for a team member, things including salary benefits, growth are not attractive . You can stay in the company for 2 years, learn and then move on to greener pastures. Job security is good for higher Management staff. They are very less accountable to whatever they do. CEO is hardly involved in anything. Does not interact with ground level employees at all. Quite surprising this for a small company. At least that is the picture one gets from the ground. So do not approve of the CEO.
