Old tech stack, People are good, Too many Org changes, Missing vision. Jira?confluence is thir main product, but taking it for granted, DC products team are being ignored. On the name of work, Keep creating confluence pages.

Good Company but lot of micro management

Atlassian is a good organization with lot of benefits, and good pay package. However, it has lot of micro management, and still the environment is like a startup company. Its a good company for short term.
