It is all about type co workers you are working with and project lead. If project is nice then everything will be okay. Not much hike as compared to other mncs.

Great place for the Alumni's to grow. Management could have been better. The poor Salary range could have been on-par with the other competitive job markets. Pay is not worth the experience an employee has.

The project I worked into was great for me as i was able to polish my skills and my manager helped me grow here. Atos Syntel has an amazing environment and I loved being a part of it.
