Worst Management in India !

Atos Mumbai Managers are highly biased. They group together and favour local people only. Outside state employees are cornered and are pushed outside the company. Any escalations against management are blocked by peer managers who are from Atos Mumbai also. Atos management prefers politics and have complete disregard of merit. Due to this the employee attrition rate is one of the highest in India.Most of the Atos Mumbai managers do not have any Management degree, diploma or previous management experience. Selection is primarily because of the reason that they belong to the same state.
