Good company

Good company to work , it is a good company to work. Slow growth but work life balance good. Salaries are delayed. Staff at ats is good and cooperative.

A company with huge scope but limited resources

If you love challenging roles then this is not the place meant for you. Things gets delayed like anything, salary never on time, always disbursed around 15-20 of the next month and sometimes it get disbursed after 25th... Managing Director is a visionary and an achiever though leadership is lame and unskilled. Nobody in the organisation got salary hike since last 3 years.hike

work culture is fairly good that doesnot mean no office politics , a bit but not much .overall great place to work

My experience with ATS was great and if i hav to recommend then i will say go for it anytime if stability is on your mind. It may sometime seems that not enough opportunities have been given to you but will advice you wait they will come.
