Day at Job in Marketing start with work updates and status and new initiatives to be taken to improve business.Management expect you to know your job and deliver.They are very particular on profit margins and margin management .Learning is less and persons who knows their jobs will enjoy if they are in superior position.

At Marketing Offices there is no cafeteria as team is small.

Best company to work after 40 S. Good work life balance. Poor safety and old plant.no facilities for traveling and canteen facilities are also poor .no proper increment.

Working atmosphere is good, salary increment rating is one of the issue. Work and life is balance.Easily understanding of various processes and operations.Working with good team. I am happy to work here. My work and life are balance. Increment is too delay, 7-8 months after financial year completed.

I learned so much from the Atul Ltd, as Atul ltd having all the in house environment control facilities at site.Management always keep and include all respective people of project to understand the project consequences and to minimize the project hurdles. It is great place to work, people are co-operative and always find a positive work environment.The most enjoyable part of the job is management appreciate your ideas and encouragement for the same.
