Plenty of opportunity to work and gain knowledge. Work life balance but increment depends on which team you belong to. Benefits are lower side but Bank is working hard to add more benefits. Product Manager in Mumbai

The bank doesn’t have any HR policies in place, no benefits to employees. Long working hours and extreme work pressure. Too much polictics and non professionallism. Banking in Mumbai
