Plenty of opportunity to work and gain knowledge. Work life balance but increment depends on which team you belong to. Benefits are lower side but Bank is working hard to add more benefits.

The core values, culture, closure interactions with seniors, encourages learning and development of individuals, a good place to grow within the organization

Cons

New people coming in from other organizations, are destroying the core culture of the organziation, and are diluting it with mismanagement of human resources and less productivity

Very poor work culture
