Au was very growing bank in comparison to other financiers or bank he had great service to customer but he did less growth to employees in comparison to other companies and i think on the basis of au bank working lifestyle au bank employee does all work on other comapny because in au employees even executive post are also very responsible post

I have enjoyed working with AU Bank. Incentive structure is good than other competitors. Due to high competition, slow growth perspective. Great place to work for the ones who want slow growth. Although the bank has well structured equipments and they do as they say. Satisfactory and comfort zone work

I enjoyed my job it has target base job every month i get a big amount of incentive which encourage me more to do task. Timely get other benefits like movie tickets and opportunity to going in R & R. Working environment is good

Relax Job

I worked for HDFC Bank for Six years. But when I joined AU small finance bank then I feel relax job. In somehow bank process is slow. But overall bank will grow with experienced staff.

Not a good company for the starting career. i had not good experience with the company because of management issue had more gap with lower and the upper management. due to that they are not able to solve the issue of ground level .
