What is the best part of working at the company?I feel compelled to share my honest experience of working at AU Small Finance Bank in order to warn potential employees about the toxic work culture that prevails within the organization. My time at this company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering a job here to proceed with extreme caution.From the moment I joined, I noticed red flags that indicated a deeply unhealthy work environment. The management style was oppressive and micromanaging, with an emphasis on control rather than trust and autonomy. The constant surveillance and lack of freedom stifled creativity and led to a pervasive sense of fear among the employees.Furthermore, the communication within the company was abysmal. Feedback and ideas were often dismissed or ignored, creating an environment where employees felt voiceless and undervalued. Constructive criticism was met with defensiveness, and any attempt to suggest improvements was seen as an attack on the company rather than a genuine effort to make positive changes.Another disturbing aspect of the toxic work culture was the prevalence of favoritism and a lack of transparency in decision-making processes. Promotions and opportunities for growth seemed reserved for a select few individuals, regardless of merit or qualifications.
