Overall experience is good ....

I am the trainee at this company, work hard and executed 3 projects successfully. Very cooperative team and very good for learning. Company has good design team and test lab facility with good accuracy machines and equipments.

Good Company to Work

This is a Swedish MNC company manufacturing vehicle safety products like Airbags, Seat belts and steering wheels. The company is very particular about compliance which is a very good thing. There are lots of global standards which help to maintain standard process. Overall it is very good company to work.

Management lacks enthusiasm

Autoliv India Management is reactive and not proactive. They need a push every time. Looks like they are out of focus. HR policies are not employee friendly.

Learning organization

On a typical day, you would find people running around to get their job done and also to follow up the previous day activities. There are enough materials to learn from the intranet although many people are not aware of location/links to find them. Management is supportive at times. Workplace culture is a bit stressful. Hardest part of job is to followup with people in getting things done and make people come to meetings on time. Most enjoyable part of the job is that you can learn more as you would be able to know the things in & out as you will need to get involved with people to get your work done.

I had learnt a lots of thing ex. how to increase production , how to operate the whole line fluently,Time management. And the major thing, I experienced how a steering wheel prepare from starting to end.

Company as organization is good but management is very bad.Dont treat experienced people.Freshers its good.Company is good for freshers.Attrition rate is very low.So growth will be very slow .Hr are hand in gloves.

very target oriented company and driven by customer demands. At times people work 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Very demanding and do not care of employee well being.
