You aren't seen as a teacher who deserves and needs to be respected, oriented, supported and guided to give off your best but as a cog in a big machine.No clarity regarding your responsibilities and reporting head.

Frankly, they will pay you well but a hike is rare. Maybe after 5 years of working here. The Director plays a very active role in the organization and she expects a lot of brown-nosing although nobody will outright say it, of course. Keep brown-nosing and praising her religious beliefs and you'll gain a place in her good books. People keep leaving this job and you'll often wonder why, until you're actually a part of the company. Then, it's chaos. Good luck!

Place where you get a chance to know yourself better. This place will help you to grow professionally and mentally. School gives you the opportunity to explore new teaching method and implement the same.

one has creative freedom and can explore various methods of teaching. The heads appreciate learning attitude and you will be provided enough guidance and help time to time.
