The culture is awesome. Relaxed environment to do work and colleagues are friendly. Often conduct activities to get employees themselves relaxed. Great place to work
Job security is good but the incentives are very low.Politics in management and hard work is not at all recognised.Increase the allowance and hike percentage
Look out for a better company. Do not waste your time in a such a politics based company. Managers are useless people.Lot of better options are available in the city.
