Friendly and cooperative environment. Any one easily adjust . support of all the senior employee. You can learn many things , including operational work you can also learn sales .

Too much pressure in life insurance general insurance, working hours is too long (min 12 hours), work lige balance does not maintained properly, too much stressful for a working women
