It was a very competitive job but yeah great learning experience. But if you are a person who wants work life balance then it will not be suitable job for you.

Nice place to in one of the best Bank

You can start your career from this bank however pay scale is less comparatively.Good culture and Management is very transparent.I really would like to advise to Management to match the salary as per Market standard.

Sometimes I feel like leaving Axis bank and joining Icici Bank is my biggest mistake in the life. I really miss working with Axis bank.

No work life balance. Pay is very low for backend teams

There is no transparency. Backend teams are neglected. T oo ouch of cost cutting and no proper office space.no minimum benefits.. no proper systems. Few bosses are good but try too are not helpful due to management decisions. Worst thing is they don't care about the employees at all. Only thing they want is business . Holiday working on every 4th Saturday.
