Axis Bank Ltd
Assistant Vice President (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - December 24, 2019
Axis Bank Ltd has a very focused approach towards Revenue. They concentrate on third party product sales only. This had led to the employees losing touch with the customers.

Work life balance is the USP
AVP, Corporate Office Mumbai (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - September 4, 2019
Fun place to work, good people to work with, an organisation so large and diverse, one is bound to make friends for life here. A bit slow and steady in growth, however that is commensurate with any big organisation.
Pros
Fun place
Cons
Steady growth
