Not a great bank to work.Hr policy lapses at the lower level employees.job security not there.bias on employees. Community bias.......................
Religious bias on employees
I have learned lots of operational work like De-mat,NEFT,RTGS, Transfer,DD/Po, Clearing, Inward/Outward Remittance, Clearing, Cash handling etc. Apart from that Customer Service and cross selling also. Management is good but the hardest part of the job is there is no work life balance here.
Axis is a brand. It was my first job there , have learnt a lot there from my mentors and peer fellows .Its an I job training which is really very useful

Bank is focusing on productivity. Now the bank is changing which is hampering work culture. But still it's a good place people who wants to grow. But as a matter of fact they don't pay well. Let's see how they will award their performing employees.
