Good place to learn but be ready for extreme pressure
Operations Manager (Former Employee) - Ludhiana, India - May 10, 2022
Ita a good place to start a job with reasonable salary for freshers. you will learn a lot everyday and will get a chance to meet new people everyday. They call employees as resources and they use them like machines. No lunch time, no fun, no work life balance and unbearable sales pressure, If you can sell Life insurance then you are King otherwise you will be treated like garbage. Morning hurdles are the worst thing, make u feel like useless. Only join this bank if you have no other job, or you have the courage to miss sell and have patience to get humiliated everyday.
