It is good platform to learn lot of new things in her and I learn lot new knowladge of banking sector and how do and how to work and most important am learning how to speek with customer and what speek and how to handle the situation and how to slove the problem in at time it's give identity and give good respect of of the society and give more precious words like sir. Thank you axis for giving good opportunity to learn more work more here.

Prior it was good work environment in axis bank currently they are too much changing themselfs and their culture now its quite difficult to survive for employee to work in this tooo much different culture of axis bank that was never before in this company

Need to visit customers door to door to sell the banking products.I’ve gained a good communication skills.Management was nit so well. No professional talk happens.Workplace culture was toxic.Hardest part was the workplace , which was stressful.Colleagues were good and supportive.

Great experience I've spent 5 years in axis and loved the culture of the bank . I learnt so many things in axis. It provides great experience and opportunity to enhance your knowledge and for your career growth also.
