Lot of improvement needs in terms of work culture and relationship with the people they recruit

Salary and benefits are good. Somewhat different work ethics. Need to fit in or not one needs to think before joining. I didn't like the work culture. I found not trusting employees, micromanaging, etc. Not given enough freedom to work up to your potential.

Interesting and challenging

They offer a variety of role and my tenure as fellow and a resource person did helped me to understand the education system very well. The exposure one can get in this organization is huge and learning is a continuous process here, be it with school engagement or module development, just to mention a few. Overall it could be said that it was really nice working here, lest one is ready to take challenges, work in remote places and work rigorously.

Team leaders should be treate and support all members equily. Few people drawing more salary doing nothing..Top management should not depend on leaders openion... Member leaving organisation becouse lot of stress.And parsalities ..There is no job security. Can remove any body any time based on just leader recomendation

Azim Premji Foundation is one of the big professional organization that works in the Education domain. For the Newcomers, this will be a good place to learn and enrich their knowledge skills, in the education sector. There would be a specific plan, and mentoring process for the newcomers to learn and develop This organization has a clear vision, values, and inclusive work culture, gender neutrality, safe workplace.

Medical, travel, general medical allowance, accidental coverage; emplyee welfare it is great place

Cons

Remote locations as this orgnaization works in the grassroot level, very backward district in the country

Unexpected things, generally happened at unexpected time. Some of the things I had never expected to happen in this working program that happened. Mathematics, all though starts from numbers but "mathematical equation starts from equality". Equality is a very big concept so big as some 25 hundreds years’ back great mathematician and philosopher "EUCLID" was on the concept of equality. Baba ambedkar says that equality, however imaginary the concept may be, but we must humanity as a race, must always strive to achieve it.
