Lot of improvement needs in terms of work culture and relationship with the people they recruit

Salary and benefits are good. Somewhat different work ethics. Need to fit in or not one needs to think before joining. I didn't like the work culture. I found not trusting employees, micromanaging, etc. Not given enough freedom to work up to your potential.

Educative

A great work-life balance. Exposure to world class knowledge and research material is guaranteed. As the organisation works at the grass root level in public education domain, employees are expected to be abreast with latest changes in education policies and collaborate with teachers and government functionaries at various levels and stages. It is a heartening experience!
